FAQ
We offer various scent systems designed to cover areas based on their square footage and volume. Our systems can be connected to your HVAC system for maximum coverage. Typically, they are mounted on the wall or placed near the ductwork for easy access. A small hole, about the size of a finger, is made in the duct, and the unit is connected with a hose to distribute the scent directly.
We can assist you in selecting the perfect scent by offering fragrance samples for you to explore.
You can conveniently order samples right here on our website. Select up to 6 samples for just $10.00, with free shipping included.
Unfortunately, fragrance bottles are not eligible for return. To avoid this, we recommend ordering fragrance samples before making a full purchase.
Our high-end scent diffusers use patented cold-air diffusion technology to break down aroma oils into ultra-fine mist particles. We collaborate with master perfumers to offer premium quality, unique fragrance oils. We’re also committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Before switching aroma oil bottles, follow these steps to clean the diffuser straw:
- Place a paper towel under the diffuser straw.
- Diffuse for 10 minutes to evaporate any oil residue from the diffuser straw and system.
- Once complete, insert the new aroma oil bottle and start diffusing.
Your HVAC system is usually found in a designated room, closet, garage, ceiling, or on the roof. It's different from the compressor, which is often outside. In most cases, the unit is located near the thermostat.
Your unit comes with everything needed for installation. If you're connecting it to an HVAC system, you’ll just need a screwdriver to mount the unit.
An HVAC-connected unit distributes scent through the HVAC ducts, covering all areas connected to the system. A stand-alone unit, on the other hand, can be placed anywhere near a power outlet to scent the immediate surroundings.
It depends on the unit. Some systems allow you to pre-program operating hours, while others require manual ON/OFF operation.
Yes, all our units come with a one-year warranty through Chateau Essence. After the first year, repairs can be made for an additional charge.
We rent our fragrance systems, including fragrance oil refills, to customers within South Florida, covering Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe counties. Depending on the complexity of your location, a site assessment may be required. To provide a quote, we’ll need to know:
- The areas you want to scent (e.g., lobby, hallways, gym, etc.)
- The number of HVAC units covering those areas
- The square footage of the areas you want to scent
We recommend using only Chateau Essence fragrance oils to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your diffuser. Our oils are specifically formulated for use with our systems, and using other oils could affect the diffuser's functionality and may void the warranty.
The ideal diffuser depends on the square footage of your space. Our customer service team can assist you in selecting the perfect model based on your area’s size and specific needs. Whether it's for a small room or a large commercial space, we have a solution that fits.
This depends on the usage and settings of your diffuser. On average, each bottle lasts about 1-2 months for moderate use. However, it may vary based on factors such as scent intensity, diffuser model, and duration of daily operation.
Many of our diffusers come with adjustable settings, allowing you to control the strength of the scent. Most of our diffusers are compatible with our Chateau Essence App which allows you to adjust its settings via Bluetooth. You can increase or decrease the intensity depending on your preference and the size of the area you're scenting.
Yes! Our stand-alone units are designed to be placed in any room where you’d like to create a fragrant atmosphere, without the need to connect to an HVAC system. Simply plug the unit into a power outlet or insert corresponding batteries, and it will diffuse scent in the surrounding area.
For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning your diffuser every 1-2 months, or whenever you change fragrance oils. This ensures that no residue is left behind and keeps the diffuser working efficiently.
